Our deep knowledge background and rich practical experience, as well as aesthetics and innovative design ideas, make us deeply trusted by Owner to supervise and manage newbuild. As Owner’s solid technical partner, we can always deliver vessels as expected, and satisfy Owner with quality and results.

According to Owner’s requirements, we plan and set basic performance of newbuild, make preliminary design, and prepare bidding documents for shipyard. After Owner contracts with shipyard, we provide a series of technical services such as schedule control, drawing review, on-site supervision, delivery, acceptance and warranty consultation.

International Maritime Organization (IMO) amended "International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships". Starting from January 1, 2020, sulfur content of all marine fuels should not exceed 0.5% by weight, or ships should be equipped with equivalent Equipment such as desulfurization tower to reduce the emissions of sulfur oxides from ships.

International Maritime Organization (IMO) formulated the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships Ballast Water and Sediments, 2004", which stipulates that all merchant ships should install ballast water treatment systems to purify aquatic organisms and pathogens in ballast water befroe discharge them off-site, to maintain the marine environment and ecological balance.

To prevent harmful substances on board from harming human health and environment, International Maritime Organization (IMO) and European Union (EU) have successively formulated the "International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, 2009" (also known as "Hong Kong Convention") and"EU Regulationon Ship Recycling Regulation No.1257/2013", require a list of hazardous materials on board to manage the location and quantity of these materials.

Each vessel has its own unique arrangement. In order to optimize design work with efficiency and precision, we introduce advanced 3D laser scanners to perform detailed and comprehensive 3D scanning of each vessel before designing. By scanning point cloud, we accurately reconstruct 3D model of scanning area in CAD software, and use the model to design pipeline.

After newbuild delivery, we provide a one-year warranty supervising and consultation service. Owner applies for warranty, Shipyard repairs, and we track the status and schedule of each warranty case. If there is a major warranty case, we will provide professional advice and technical consultation, and if necessary, send personnel onboard for inspections to check the cause of the failure, or invite Owner and Shipyard to discuss and coordinate.
