Continued to deepen the business of Design, Supervising and Project Management for Government Owned Vessel. After being selected by Ministry of Science and Technology, we obtained Project Management (including Supervising) Procurement for Two 500 Gross Tonnage Class and One 1000 Gross Tonnage Class Research Vessels. Three research vessels have delivered respectively in 2019 and 2020.

Started preparations for Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) Retrofit. Using 2D E/R piping layout to make class-approved 3D piping diagrams, we completed the first retrofit works for Genius Star XI, which was installed at Shekou Youlian Shipyard and inspected by surveyors.

Introduced FARO 3D Laser Scanner, improved and developed our own reverse engineering technology, so that we can complete BWTS Retrofit more accurately and efficiently. On average, 21 vessels can be modified a year. Vessel type varies in handy, supramax, panamax, capesize, shipyards location varies in China, Turkey, and Singapore. Classes include NK, ABS, DNVGL, BV and LR major survey associations.

Professional and high-quality services have made us famous in the industry. We have successively obtained Ministry of National Defense Project Management Procurement for Float Dock, and a Supervising Procurement for Newbuild.

Started to develop Scrubber Retrofit business, and completed two 8063TEU Scrubber Retrofit works of OOCL Luxembourg and OOCL London in our first trial, marking a new page in our history.

These two vessels are equipped with 80MW main engine, adopting open-loop-typed twin tower, which make design and installation more complicated and difficult than single tower. Without sacrificing any container, we successfully combined original ship design, completed the arrangement and installation of Scrubber in limited space.

It not only allows Owner to maintain existing operating conditions, but also complies with IMO regulations on 0.1% sulfur emission limit of twin tower and the wastewater discharge limit.

Officially invested in “Inventory of Hazardous Materials” Services (IHM), and certified by major class such as NK, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR and Flag Liberia. We have customers include Wisdom Marine, Shihwei Navigation, OceanLance Maritime, China Steel Corporation, Hsin Chien Marine, Wanhai, gaining reputation in this industry.

Established a comprehensive and sophisticated IHM turnkey solution, from data collection, plan production, sampling on board to completion of report. Fast execution efficiency allowed us to complete VSCP of 146 vessels and sampling of 100 vessels in just one and a half years.

Work hard in the field of shipbuilding and grow strong. We actively develop green energy and environmental protection technologies such as hybrid systems, carbon footprint calculations, and continue to contribute to environmental protection and shipping.
