Newbuilding Plan, Design and Supervising

Our deep knowledge background and rich practical experience, as well as aesthetics and innovative design ideas, make us deeply trusted by Owner to supervise and manage newbuild. As Owner’s solid technical partner, we can always deliver vessels as expected, and satisfy Owner with quality and results.

Workflow

01

Shipyard document review

With close communication to confirm Owner’s needs, we review shipyard’s specifications, whether the selection of the maker is appropriate, and investigate market to confirm quotation is reasonable.

Drawing review

After Owner signs a contract with Shipyard, we review whether Shipyard’s drawings comply with rules and regulations, specifications, and Owner’s requirement.

Material tracking and equipment testing

After newbuild’s first cut and keellaid, equipment is tracked to ensure that progress is on schedule; personnel are also sent to participate in shop tests such as main engine and generator.
04

Delivery assistance

From the launch of newbuild to delivery, we coordinate Owners, shipyards and class, assist in obtaining various necessary certificates, keep supervise Shipyard to prepare fuel and spare parts to ensure delivery as scheduled.

Warranty technical consulting

After delivery, we will provide a one-year warranty technical consulting related to ship performance and equipment warranty items.

Projects

We signed a newbuild consulting contract with Wisdom Marine Group, the world’s largest bulk carrier, to manage all of its newbuild. Since 2012, we have assisted in delivery of 81 vessels with a wide range of ship types and tonnages, DWT ranging from 6,400 to 84000; also have negotiation experience with major shipyards and classes.
